About
Ben Chung is a Master of Bioinformatics student at the University of Western Australia. He came to computational work from the clinical side, with a background in Biomedical Science, and is interested in what happens upstream of a diagnostic result and how to interpret it with the aid of various computational tools and machine learning. His thesis develops methods for reading multiple layers of RNA regulation from nanopore sequencing data.
